On small farms in Tahiti, the flowers of the vanilla plant are carefully hand-pollinated, and 9 months later a vanilla bean takes form.

We use small batches of these exquisite beans and lovingly blend them with dark chocolate and crown them with toasted macadamia nuts, creating a delicate confection worthy of a king.
