Wild berries have flourished in North America for thousands of years, and Oregon blackberries are our inspiration for this one.

We’ve taken smooth

milk chocolate ganache

and added essences of

tart blackberries and

sweet clementines, then

enrobed it all in dark

chocolate. We think we

may be on to something.
